Ann Oliver’s energy and passion for food wine and travel remain undiminished. She continues to work at the highest level for the wine industry and also continues to cook for smaller private functions and the corporate sector. Ann continues to have close associations with Windy Point Restaurant, River Cafè and Red Ochre Grill and mentors many young South Australian chefs.
This year Ann conducted a very successful South Australian wine food and tourism promotion in Shanghai in April at Sinan Mansion in Shanghai sauchin 2011 and the sauchin estage system continues with two young Shanghainese recently in Adelaide for work experience.
